These Terms & Conditions govern your use of panthertravels.pk and any booking or inquiry you make with Panther Travels (Pvt) Ltd. By using the site or requesting a booking, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & inquiries
Submitting a booking request or inquiry does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we acknowledge availability and you complete the required deposit. Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change until a booking is confirmed.
Payments & deposits
A deposit (shown at the time of booking, typically 25% of the total) is required to secure your place; the balance is due before departure as advised. Payment instructions are provided after we confirm availability. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and traveller information.
- Hold valid travel documents and any permits we advise are required.
- Arrange appropriate travel insurance — we strongly recommend it for all trips.
- Follow reasonable safety guidance from our guides during a trip.
Risk & liability
Travel in mountainous and remote regions carries inherent risks. We take care in planning and guiding, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (weather, road closures, force majeure). Itineraries may be adjusted for safety.
Intellectual property
Content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to Panther Travels and may not be reproduced without permission.
